Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-13
By using Ploo, you agree to these terms. Plain-English version below; the lawyer-reviewed final will replace it before public launch.
Who can use Ploo
Anyone — but children under 13 need a parent or guardian to set up the account, and their account will be flagged for COPPA protections automatically.
What you can do
- Play any game in the catalog, free of charge.
- Submit scores, unlock achievements, save favourites.
- Make an account, or play anonymously.
What you can't do
- Cheat the leaderboard. We validate scores server-side and ban accounts that submit impossible numbers.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rehost the games. They're licensed individually and re-distribution isn't ours to grant.
- Harass other players. Display names that target individuals are removed.
Accounts
You're responsible for your password. Tell us if you think your account is compromised. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of nothing because the site is free.
Content
The games belong to their respective developers/licensors. Their attribution and license type is shown on each game's page. The site itself — code, design, brand — is copyright 2026 Ploo.
Disclaimer
Ploo is provided as-is. We try hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee uptime, score retention beyond reasonable best-effort, or that any specific game stays in the catalog.
Changes
If we change these terms materially we'll show a notice on the site. Continuing to use Ploo after the change means you accept the new terms.
